After approval, a unique purchase order number is allocated, the purchase order document is generated, and it can either be sent directly to the supplier or to the initiator for forwarding to the supplier.

Workflow can be securely connected to external or internal apps. All maintenance, engineering, and refit transactions can be processed and maintained in the Workflow database, providing a single point of financial inquiry and reporting.
